This Website is owned and operated by Bristol SweetMart, Trading name of Bristol SweetMart LTD. Throughout the site, the terms ‘We, Us and Our’ refer to Bristol SweetMart.
By visiting our site and procuring products from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions
Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your Order has been accepted. No contract will exist in relation to the Products until we have confirmed to you by email that the Product has been dispatched. Our acceptance to your offer will be deemed complete and the contract between us shall be formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Trade Accounts
As part of the Services offered via this Site, you may be issued with an individual password (primary account holder) which can be used to access certain areas of the Site and provide fast checkout. You will use the password only for such access and not for any other purpose. You, the primary account holder, must keep your password confidential at all times, and must not disclose the password or permit anyone else without authority to use your password. Any breach of any of these terms by anyone to whom you disclose the password will be treated as if the breach had been committed by you, and will not relieve you of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date and we will not be responsible for any loss that you suffer if you do not keep the details in respect of your Account up to date.
Your Account is not transferrable, and you will be liable to us for all activity and purchases are undertaken under your Account.
Pricing
We reserve the right to amend the prices without any prior notice.
Payments
In order to purchase products with us, you must submit a valid Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Delta or Switch credit or debit card. You warrant that the payment card you submit is yours. All credit/debit card holders’ users are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment provider. We are not responsible in the event that your payment card provider refuses to authorise payments.
All payments are managed securely by our trusted third party payment provider.
Delivery
Products will be dispatched to your delivery address as soon as reasonably possible after acceptance of your order. Delivery charges and sales tax will be made in accordance with your location and you will be informed of the relevant charge on the Site before you confirm your order. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order and request a refund, provided all the products are unopened and intact. The postage and safe return of the goods will be your responsibility. We will refund the full amount of the order excluding the delivery costs.
You must inform us of any non- deliveries with 7 working days after a delivery confirmation has been sent.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds will not apply to goods that have been opened unless defective.
Refunds and replacements may be offered, if goods have been delivered damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number. Please provide clear evidence of damage and will accept any clear photos or videos as evidence.
Products need to be returned, unopened, in the same condition with all its packaging, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
You will be required to pay postal fees and take responsibility of safe and secure return of the order, no refund will be issued on postage fees.
