Delivery Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Currently we have temporarily suspended international orders. This is due to complications with International deliveries as a result of Brexit and Covid. Due to covid, there is expected delay in delivery services to Mainland UK.
Orders to Mainland UK:
Customers will be able to choose from the following:
- Free Standard Delivery (on Orders over £30.00) – Free – 3-4 working days.
- Standard Delivery (on Orders under £30.00) – £4.99 – 3-4 working days.
Please note: Due to covid, there is an expected delay in delivery services. 24hr & 48hr deliveries have been stopped temporarily.
Our cut-off point for ordering is currently 4pm (midday) from Monday – Friday.
Tracking :
All the orders will be sent with tracking details which will be emailed to the customer when the order is shipped. The tracking number will be hyperlinked to the delivery services. It can be clicked to track the parcel. Currently, we are using My Hermes and Royal Mail for the deliveries.
Orders to the UK Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other Islands
We offer free shipping over £30 and under 10kg OR over £100 with no weight limit to:
Shetland Islands (ZE Postcode)
Northern Ireland (BT Postcode)
We are sorry that we cannot offer free shipping to these areas:
Jersey and Guernsey
Late Deliveries (UK):
If your order has been delivered late you can be entitled to a refund on these costs. Standard delivery services are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable.
Currently, 24hr and 48hr deliveries haven been temporarily suspended.
Guaranteed next day services (Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24, and any other special timed services) are always entitled to a full refund on the postage no questions asked. Please note all orders for a next day service need to be placed before the daily cut off point to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, then a refund will be issued for the full order provided the order is not accepted on delivery.
Bristol Sweetmart ltd can not be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Damaged Orders:
Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during it’s journey to your door.
If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.
If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. Please email the pictures to online@sweetmart.co.uk
