Dark Soy Sauce (Amoy) 250ml

Soy Sauce are prepared from Soybeans which are steamed, mixed with wheat flour, then soaked with salt water to have its protein released. Thus, the mixture is allowed to ferment to a rich flavour and aroma. The soy sauce is then filtered and bottled.

The fermentation process takes three months for light soy sauce and six months for dark soy sauce. Amoy Dark Soy Sauce is therefore thicker in texture and sweeter in flavour.
