Chhundo Pickle (Ashoka) 575g

Pickling is the process of preserving a food by soaking and storing it in vinegar, oil or brine.  Indian Pickle serve as flavour enhancers and are eaten typically in small pieces with the rest of the meal.  This jar contains Chhundo pickle in oil.  Chhundo means shredded mango.
